Our skilled caregivers will soon be able to aid residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia through Heartfelt Connections – A Memory Care Program®.
This LCS Signature Experience is nationally recognized as an effective initiative for helping those with memory challenges maintain a dignified, enriching life. It's all about focusing on what residents can do, celebrating their lives, and helping them maintain independence and joy.
Memory Care Support for Caregivers
The Roosevelt at Salt Creek offers support to any family members or a spouse caregiver of a loved one with Alzheimer's or any other dementia-related condition.
Join us at one or all of our 3-part support group series to speak with other caregivers and receive support and advice. They are held on the second Monday of the month from 3-4 PM at The Roosevelt.
