Our skilled caregivers are uniquely trained through Heartfelt Connections – A Memory Care Program® to work with residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related conditions.
This LCS Signature Experience is nationally recognized as an effective initiative for helping residents with memory challenges maintain a dignified and enriching life. This unique program focuses on what residents can do, celebrating their lives and helping them maintain independence and joy.

At our memory care community in Elmhurst, Illinois, comprehensive support is always at hand. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals and receive all the help they need with daily activities and tasks, like dressing and taking medication.
We also provide on-site medical care, physical and occupational therapy, scheduled transportation, and a full calendar of activities to maintain a sense of purpose, satisfaction, and dignity.

Memory Care Support for Caregivers
The Roosevelt at Salt Creek also supports family members and spouses who care for loved ones with dementia or related conditions. Join us at our upcoming support group to speak with other caregivers and receive support and advice. Groups are held on the second Monday of every month from 3 to 4 PM at The Roosevelt.
