The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is reshaping the future of senior living in Elmhurst, IL. This April, we celebrated the official completion of our transformative renovations with a Grand Reveal and special ribbon-cutting event. Professional partners and local community members, including Elmhurst Mayor Scott Levin, gathered for an elevated evening of live jazz, delicious refreshments, and an unveiling of the newly redesigned spaces that bring a fresh look to The Roosevelt and a new standard in senior living.
Revealing The All-New Roosevelt
Our grand celebration took place throughout The Roosevelt, with guests enjoying a delicious menu and refreshments while exploring the new thoughtfully designed community spaces. Culinary demonstrations and cocktails were offered in the new Butterfield Dining Room, followed by wine and cheese pairings in the 1882 Wine Cellar. Attendees also enjoyed infused waters and hors d'oeuvres in the Wellness Center, seared five-spice duck breast in The Roosevelt Study, and lamb chops with balsamic mint pesto in The Roosevelt Fireplace Lounge.
Fun activities were also featured along the way, such as a red carpet photo-op in the Wilder Room and Theater, and a paint-and-sip activity in the My Tapestry Art Studio. The event completed in the new “R” Bistro and Starbucks cafe, where guests were treated to freshly brewed espresso, gourmet chocolate truffles, and a surprise take-home gift. From start to finish, this grand celebration was a showcase of The Roosevelt’s thoughtful details and memorable experiences!
